THE DR. DANIEL FISHER HOUSE
The Dr. Daniel Fisher House can be rented for rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, cocktail or dinner parties, and post-wedding brunches. Your rental includes:
- Use of the entire first floor: formal entrance foyer, grand hall, parlor, elegant ballroom, verandah, fully-equipped commercial kitchen, restroom, coatroom and grand piano.
- Adjacent grounds: bluestone terrace, gardens and spacious lawns.
- "Day-of" access to the property: beginning after 8:00 a.m. and ending no later than 9:30 p.m
- Second floor restroom
- Two parking spaces for use by the renting party and vendor parking
- MVPT staff member who will remain on the premises and act as a property
manager before, during and after your event.

Please note, above pricing does not include rental costs for tents, flooring or installation. Only MV Preservation Trust approved tent vendors may be used. Locations of tents will be determined by the MV Preservation Trust.
THE WEST GARDEN AT THE DANIEL FISHER HOUSE
The West Garden at the Daniel Fisher House is an ideal location for your garden wedding ceremony.
THE OLD WHALING CHURCH
The Old Whaling Church is available for wedding ceremonies. Use includes 2 hours for the ceremony plus one hour the day prior for rehearsal. Preference in ceremony time is given to couples who also use the Dr. Daniel Fisher House for some part of their wedding weekend celebration.
Fee: $500 Capacity: 500
The Baylies Room on the lower level of the Old Whaling Church is available for rehearsal dinners, parties and receptions. Rental includes full use of the kitchen as well as set-up and breakdown of furniture: 14-36" round tables, 8-8' banquet tables, and 48 white wooden folding chairs.
Fee: $500 Capacity: 80 seated; 125 standing
Union Chapel in Oak Bluffs is available in-season only (May 1 - October 31) for wedding ceremonies. Use includes 2 hours for the ceremony plus one hour the day prior for rehearsal. No food or beverage service is permitted in Union Chapel. Fee: $500 Capacity: 400UNION CHAPEL
THE GRANGE HALL
The Grange Hall may be used for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, brunches, parties and special events and is available April 1 - November 30. Use includes a commercially equipped caterers' kitchen and 8-8' banquet tables, ample restroom facilities and parking.
Fees: $ 750 Monday through Thursday
$1500 Friday through Sunday
Capacity: 150 seated; 200 standing
GRANGE HALL THEATER (UPPER LEVEL)
The Grange Hall Theater may be used for wedding ceremonies, brunches, parties and special events and is available April 1 - November 30. Use includes 125 folding chairs, 8-8' banquet tables, and use of small upstairs kitchen. A/V Tech support is not included in rental fee.
