The Vincent House Tour

Built in 1672, this house is the Island's oldest residence. The house consists of five rooms, furnished with period antiques, to depict Island life throughout the last four centuries.

The museum opens May 1st and is open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. until Columbus Day. Guided tours of the Dr. Daniel Fisher House, the Old Whaling Church, and the Vincent House are available daily at 11:00 a.m., 12:00 noon, 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tours begin at the Vincent House and last 45 minutes. Liz Villard, our knowledgeable guide, also conducts walking tours of Edgartown.
