The Union Chapel, Oak Bluffs

Built as a non-sectarian place of worship in 1870, Union Chapel can accommodate as many as 385 guests for a wedding ceremony. Its unique octagonal design rises into a soaring open cupola with stained glass windows casting a warm and beautiful light. It has four spacious entrances allowing for fresh air and summer breezes. Historically known for its excellent acoustics, Union Chapel has long been a favorite venue for concerts, recitals, political meetings and speakers and is also the ideal location for your wedding ceremony.

Rental Fee
The rental fee for a wedding ceremony at Union Chapel is $500. This fee includes use of the historic pipe organ and/or the magnificent concert grand piano as well as time for the rehearsal prior to the wedding. The event host may engage the celebrant, musicians and other wedding vendors of their choice and we are pleased to provide recommendations.
